What is Macon2Go?
We're a family owned and operated marketing and technology company based here in Macon. We work with a great group of drivers who, by our powers combined, deliver you a great experience. If you ever need us, we're here to help. Just give us a call at 478-951-9274.
How do I place an order?
Online at Macon2Go.com, our mobile apps, or by phone at 478-951-9274.
The average delivery time varies based on volume or time of day but typically is between 30 minutes up to one hour. Your order will have a tracker as well as an estimated time of delivery at the final checkout page. Please understand these are estimates and can change based on wait times at restaurants.
How much does it cost?
Our base delivery fee is $4.99. Additional mileage is billed at a rate of $1 per mile and applies to all orders over 3 miles from the restaurant. These fees are paid to your driver to offset the costs of maintaining and operating a vehicle.
Service fees apply to delivery orders only and vary based on our agreement with the restaurant. Our standard partner service fee is 8%. Service fee rates are higher for non-partners, 20%, as we do not make a commission on those orders.

What are my payment options?
Cash or Credit Card. We'll also take a business check from corporate clients. If your billing information does not match what the issuing bank or credit card company has, we may require verification of the physical card and matching ID. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet this criterion.
CASH CUSTOMERS: Please have appropriate change as drivers are instructed to not carry cash. If you do not have change, we'll issue you a credit for the difference.
Can I cancel my order?
If you call immediately then yes. Typically, after a couple minutes the restaurant has already started getting it together and we've charged your payment method, so after that, probably not. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 478-951-9274 and we can typically change things up to an hour before they are due.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
No sweat, we'll make it right! Call or text us ASAP at 478-951-9274. Sometimes the restaurants want to hear from you directly and in that case, we will let you know. If your needs aren't super time sensitive, you can shoot us an email at Office@Macon2Go.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How much of my delivery fee and tip goes to my driver?
We try to treat drivers right and put as much money in their pocket as possible. The standard delivery fee is $4.99, they receive $4.74. Distance charges are billed at $1/mile and paid at $.90/mile. 100% of tips collected go to your driver.
